Russian milblogger Rybar speculatedearlier today, that Ukrainian had used underwater drones to hit the ‘Pavel Derzhavin’ patrol vessel and later the tug boat that was sent to haul the damaged ship to port. Ukraine unveiled the Marichka underwater drone in August.
