As I didn’t have any luck in r/WhatsIsThisArt, I thought I try my luck here given that the painting was bought on a fleamarket in Brussels and has a reference to Oostende in the back.

Can someone help me identify the painter of this piece?

Any help would be highly appreciated 🙂

  2. The last image says ‘Slipway at the lighthouse’ but I cannot read the signature. Leemans, maybe? Have you tried /r/Handwriting/? They might be better at deciphering it.
