I own an indoor only, calm and silencious cat.
According to these sites: https://advokatmatch.no/dyrehold-i-borettslag my cat should not be a problem legally even if forbidden in the rules.
Obviously I don’t wanna buy in a borettslag if I would have to go to court over it, so I sent en email asking about it.
I’m guessing they will tell me even an indoor, silencious cat is forbidden? What are your experience regarding how strict borretslags are with animal husbandry?
