Any reasonable person should be able to A) be disgusted by what Hamas did and not support them while B) also supporting Israel and C) being able to question what Israel does to retaliate.
Fuck it, take the diplomatic L and gain control so there can actually be peace for once without terrorists running around in plain site and breeding. Then hope a country with Muslims Jews and Christians can actually just work. Else rinse and repeat. Everyone’s suggestions for treaties and truces is just kicking the can down the road. a country shouldn’t need to have an iron dome system that is used daily/weekly/monthly/yearly or at all. Stability first – “other” people second. It’s been too long of this bs. Do it and we’ll all forget about it soon enough
At this point the Israelis probably think it is a necessity to do the wrong thing. They will knowingly commit war crime against people in Gaza.
It’s quite a bargain if the price of wiping out Gaza is as low as a few military and government leaders gets tried at Hague.
This is the Nakba 2.0. Israelis will never let them return home. Why should Egypt or anyone take them?
The people of Gaza, are 100% responsible for whatever comes their way.
