The point of view that gaza should be it’s own country is one I don’t understand. It’s only a population of two million over a small area. It’s not really large enough to have it’s own successful government. It was inevitable it would become controlled by terror. Especially after this war it won’t have the means to govern. Israel can’t leave it a power vacuum, they need to annex it, and establish a local government. Put military bases in there or something at the bare minimum. It can’t be left to itself again, new terrorists will come in. The IDF is going to have to stay in the region. The international community could help with the humanitarian aspect. Rebuilding the area and economic development if the terrorists are all cleared out. Foreign humanitarian money could come in.
I’m pretty confident if they’re there, any hostages would have been obliterated by Israeli air strikes over the past few days
The forces are most likely under cover as civilians, gathering intel.
They won’t actually attempt any rescue as doing so would be virtually impossible in the hornet’s nest.
They will, without any doubt, in my mind, execute hostages on video, in order to deter the invasion of Gaza.
Mark my words, it’s coming. Unfortunately.!

All as an intimidations tactics.
And all of it is done for one reason, and one reason only

They do it for an imaginary friend !
Gonna have to do DNA tests on all the concrete dust after you dropped 6000 bombs on a hostage situation
May be that’s why they want gazans to evacuate to the south.
The captors will be forced to move the hostages, increasing likelyhood of spotting them.
Or, the captors stay put with their hostages and the door to door search will find them as majority of the population has evacuated and it’s easier to search
These hostages are totally done. If even 5% survive this it will be a minor miracle.
