Yo, guys, I need help.
I ordered a Waschmaschine from Saturn with Anschluss, set a delivery date for today and this happened. I also ordered a few extra things but they all were already delivered a few days ago with no problems.
I waited and waited – even after my order was “cancelled” – because the approximate delivery time kept being updated. I only called the hotline a few minutes before 9 p.m. when the delivery no longer seemed probable. The service worker that picked up seemed very confused (or high) and asked me about 10 times if I “definitely set the delivery date”. I did. I had a Bestätigung. I even read him all my mails out loud and Sendungsverfolgung, but it seemed as if the status didn’t match or he just didn’t care. I told him that at 17.29 there has been “Wareneingang Retoure” (that means a return, right?) but he didn’t acknowledge it at all; just told me to “Wait until they (the shop) or the delievery firm contacts me in the next days”
I need that damn machine but I got a feeling it isn’t going to happen lol Am I guaranteed money back at very least? Who do I contact about it? What do I do? I feel like the order to “Wait” was just a way to shut me up and I should contact someone else about it.

Retoure means Return.
It seems like your order has been cancelled, but it may be just the delivery for today tho. It looks like something just went wrong in their updating system. Maybe the driver just needed more time than expected for all the other clients before you and had to drive back with the last orders.
In that case your washing machine will most likely be delivered on monday.
If it doesn’t get delivered at all Saturn will almost definitely give you your money back.
Have there been any updates since you posted?
It’s possible that the driver’s working hours ended and he returned to the delivery center with the truck where they unloaded it. I have had this happen with DPD and DHL. I believe that they will try to deliver it again. They should contact you, maybe they won’t tomorrow, as it’s weekend, but on Monday.
