It’s about the old fuses in your house that are a wire ( the black fuses) they are making everyone changing from the old system to the new ones that can actually protect your circuits and appliances because they’re sick of changing they’re fuses whenever there is a storm and getting blamed that your fridge got fried from a storm because of the old wiring.
