This result regarding Hungary is certainly relevant for intra-EU politics, but not so much in the general scheme of things as the 23 countries have been chosen very selectively.
What I find more relevant about this piece of data is the fact that the closest and most important Western US allies (such as UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, etc.) have a considerably more skeptical perspective on the US than the Asian, African and Latin American countries on the list. This should lead to some self-criticism on the US side.

They have a negative view on most things especially their own country so I wouldn’t read too much into it
Not surprised about Poland. The USA followed and follows Polish narrative in foreign policy, Americans with Polish roots had and has (slowly losing tho) influence on American politics.
Hungary is only one because we are not on the list.
