Because they’re all brown, and the police do not want to be called racist. Simple.
How many more times are these police forces going to fuck up 🤦♂️ Ethnicity is surely a bog-standard data point for any and all crimes?
Well, at least we can all agree that the vast majority of child molesters are men. Ethnicity isnt so important when its a gendered issue.
A nonce is a nonce regardless of colour or race, and should be viewed upon identically.
Of course not, ethnic breakdown of figures is only useful when it is the “right” way around for politicians to claim some group is being discriminated against. Can’t have facts recorded when it’s racist behaviour from a non-white group, that doesn’t fit the narrative at all!
There’s a Buckingham Palace grooming gang that needs arresting, I don’t care what colour their skin is.
Even if they did record ethnicity, they legally have to ask the person what they consider themselves as. For the sake of argument a person of Pakistani heritage could legally say they consider themselves “White – British” and they would have to record that and that would go into the stats.
So you may ask yourself what’s the point as it relies on the person being arrested to be accurate l. I’m sure more than a few white scrotes say “Black – Jamaican” on being processed just to fuck things up a little.
This is how it should be. But we know it’s for the wrong reasons.
