4. At this point I don’t see how a bill for Ukraine can ever make it to the house floor with the current membership. The Republicans might not be able to select a speaker at all, which blocks all legislative activity. Further, the MAGA dead enders have sufficient votes to block any speaker who would allow a Ukraine vote from taking the gavel.
