  1. At least that’s better than what another journalist, [Shireen Abu Akleh](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shireen_Abu_Akleh), got last year.

    > The manner of her death and the subsequent violent disruption of her funeral drew widespread international condemnation of Israel. During the funeral, Israeli Police officers attacked pallbearers who were carrying her coffin from the Saint Joseph Hospital in East Jerusalem with batons and stun grenades. The hospital itself was stormed by Israeli police who hit, shoved, and trampled on patients, threw stun grenades, wounding and causing burns to medical staff.

  2. Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely for posts mentioning how Israel literally murdered a journalist in Lebanon to end in on the Popular page. When it happened yesterday, all I saw were posts getting locked, deleted, or kept at 0 upvotes indefinitely, all the while people commenting that it wasn’t Israel but rather Hezbollah (false claim) or that they deserved it for being close to the border. Very few people if any actually condemned israel for this

And I highly doubt the west will either

  3. Why the journalist didn’t just return the hostages back?

  4. For reference:

    > An Israeli shell landed in a gathering of international journalists covering clashes on the border in south Lebanon on Friday, killing a Reuters videographer and leaving six other journalists injured.

  5. But Israel said no civilians were being murdered??

  6. If Israel can kill Hamas like it kills journalists, the ground engagement in Gaza will be swift.

  7. They fucking shelled a marked press vehicle in an open field and we are supposed to believe they are precision striking HAMAS targets in densely populated Gaza…

  8. Take a close look at the source of this article. This is Palywood at work.

  9. It’s difficult to differentiate between a journalist with a camera and a disguised terrorist with a rocket launcher.

  10. Journalist death toll from Israel is insane yet they never face any consequences.

  11. More importantly why are they still bombing whilst there’s evacuations going on?

  12. Dont bother reason with certain ppl. Already have their mind set on certain things. Also, they maybe just propaganda by HAMAS and its ally. Ppl died to war. Those journalists know that.same as civilians died in war no matter how much you want to avoid. HAMAS mix with the population, directly put civilians in risk. But the Israel already reach a point that wipe up HAMAS is top priority. The rest regrettable.

  13. “In war, the first to die is the truth”

    Well … they took that literally… /S

In any case, condolences for that poor people that were just working and living their life and killed because the war.

  14. Either Israel’s artillery is a fucking embarrassment and has lower accuracy compared to a trebuchet or they just shelled a press gathering.

    Both are bad.

  15. As a war correspondant, sometime you win, sometimes you lose. These are the risks.

  16. Nothing new for this terrorist state. They murdered Shireen Abu Akleh in her press jacket just last year

  17. No, they aren’t sorry at all. People in power on both sides are cunts and they are playing with the lives of regular people.

  18. You know I’m starting to believe there are no good guys in this conflict. Is it just me?

  19. that’s okay, just don’t kill too many next time :).

  20. Either incompetence or malfeasance, rock and a hard place here

  21. Not the first time Israel military killed a journalist, especially if the journalist do not align their story with the often fictitious story Israel wanted, even if the standpoint is neutral and not even pro Palestine, won’t be the last either. I hope this disillusioned people who think Israel is good.

  22. I’m imagining that South Park segment where the guy is just in random places saying sorry.

  23. Muhaahahaha so what are gonna do about it they are basically sayin

  24. maybe be a little more discriminate in your indiscriminate bombing?
