  1. Looks like the tail end of a sausage, so I’m assuming that this “ham” is actually reformed, emulsified meat that was made into a sausage shape for slicing. Those marks are from a wrapper being cinched tight around the end.

  2. This is formed ham so it’s made a bit like a large sausage. This is just the part where the bag/casing they use to form it is bundled together at the end.

  3. Sleepyprojectionist has it correct. The end of some sort of processed meat roll. Probably MRM (manufactured recovered meat)

  6. It’s the end of the log, thats all. Log goes into slicer and the two end pieces look like this. (I worked in a bacon factory)
