My guess is that the BTR-50 was invented prior to the concept of MRAP.
Man, the hull just broke half-way off in the rear, and the tracks and wheels are gone.
And the available equipment for Russia rolls back another generation
T64BV and BTR50: DPR units? OK these are now part of the Russian army, still these were (former) DPR units with second class equippment, often equipment, also Ukraine has used.
Flipped the APC over!
“It belongs in a museum!”
still no t34??? i am a bit disappointed
That hull breach must have made it a wild rollercoaster ride for the occupants.
Good work!
The BTR-50 was developed in 1952 and entered service with the Soviet Army in 1954. It ceased production in 1970. It has the ability to transport up to 20 fully equipped infantrymen, and can be armed with nothing, a 7.62 mm SGMB medium machine gun, or a 14.5 mm KPV heavy machine gun. It saw notable service in the Six-Day War, the Yom Kippur War, and most recently in the Russo-Ukrainian War.
Armor:
Homogeneous welded steel
13 mm front
10 mm sides
10 mm top
7 mm rear

To the last Russian
Hold on, the authentic and totally genuine people from UkraineRussiaReport were insistent that neither of these vehicles would be on the front line, and that russia was still producing and using modern equipment..
They wouldn’t lie to me would they?
First and last?
Great job! Glory to Ukraine!
