> In his first call with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas since Hamas’ attack on Israel a week ago, Biden offered Abbas his full support for “urgently needed humanitarian assistance to Palestinian people, especially in Gaza.”
Humanitarian assistance for Gazans must be the number one priority right now
He is crushing it. I would like to see them get Kamala involved too. She has a fun, bubbly personality that could bring down the temperature quite a bit
It’s nice to see a President actually using diplomacy instead of social media.
Blinken hauling ass around the Middle East.
It’s nice to have a normal president again, who is smart and can hold intelligent conversations.
Biden has managed this crisis pretty dang well to this point. I don’t think anyone can say he’s been weak in assisting the Israelis secure justice (that would fall on the GOP-controlled House) nor can anyone say he hasn’t prioritized the wellbeing of Palestinians; trying to secure safe passage and ensure humanitarian aide.
A rational balanced approach. How refreshing.
I appreciate Bidens efforts.
This whole thing can full stop with Hamas surrendering and handing over the hostages. It would fix everything. It’s important to not lose sight of the destruction they are causing by holding out.
America finally deciding to calm things down a bit. America makes the choice on how aggressive Israel gets to be.
Good for Joe Biden.
“DemocRAT Jobiden and his evil democRAT party is ruining the big beautiful wal I created between JEWERUSENL and the famous good party I created typical as usual dirty Joe and his hung son hunter big dick Biden are corrupt” – Donald Trump, actual quote
If he wanted to make some real progress he’d send some tweets telling everyone to get in line and then fly down to Gaza and toss paper towels into the crowd like a basketball
Obligatory /s
Lol like Abbas has any power over the Gaza Strip, man barely has power in the west bank
Biden should tell them how totally young and strong he is on Twitter.
Or maybe he should talk about how strong Hamas is. /s
Didn’t a speaker for Palestine abstain from commenting on Hamas because they’re not the same? Shouldn’t he be speaking to whoever the Hamas leader is?
