The two options they see available to them is pressuring the US to pressure Ukraine to change behavior, or using force. It’s obviously not going to be the former.

Ukraine should look at the georgian example how decisively did americans intervene in 2008… You’re not Nato member, there’s no military help only thoughts and prayers to those affected and other “hard words” to Moscow 🙂
Decisively Like the mess they caused in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya? Europe better prepare for more refugees.
