Obviously your colleague did not pay the rate for his debt, now the bank is fed up and wants all of the money back.
They claim that he owed them money (from a loan or something), but he didn’t respond when they attempted to contact him.
Now they’re terminating the contract and he’s required to pay everything back.
He owes 10.581,58€ to the Bank and has to pay 11.669€ until the 20.10.23. The difference comes due the debt interest (2,55%). Your colleague haven’t paid anything despite the bank has made several demands. So they cancel his bank account

The person who has taken out that loan has not made several payments and has been sent notifications already. This letter states that the matter has now been escalated to a different department. Because the non-payment is a breach of contract, Sparkasse now demands the payment of the outstanding money in full, at once.
And before someone asks, bUt Is tHiS lEgAl. Yes. The loan comes with rules, like monthly payments, you can default on this but then you have to go to the Sparkasse and have this sorted out.
Apparently OP or whoever either did not receive the letters before this one or ignored them, but obviously didn’t pay according to the contract.
Now please find 10.5K to pay this.
EDIT: And that letter is 16 days old already. I doubt that this is about a “colleague”, as OP posted this before without mentioning it and then quickly deleted the post. OP, stop sitting on your ass and then ask reddit on a Sunday, this is real. You need to talk to Sparkasse TOMORROW.
