Each new story about him is more horrifying than the last.
It’s not Trump’s or Repulicans’ war. It’s the billionaire class’s war on civil anything. GOP fascists are just the heels on the bottom of their shoes.
Because they oppose any form of taxation or sharing. Especially with the unwashed class.
Let’s call it what it really is: Trump and GOP’s war on the USA’s democratic process.
There are a ton of right wingers that are civil servants. They are just losing more votes.

The objective is to erode all popular trust in the operation of the Federal government. Placing a bunch of toadies in responsible positions will be a very effective way to do that.
Civil government is the one institution which is at least a mild brake on corporate action, so it must be destroyed, from their point of view. Replacing civil servants with loyalists and ineffectual gridlock in Congress are two sides of the same coin.
of course they hate the cvil service ..it was put in place to deter corruption by politicians who would hire their cronies to enable criminal activity
Republicans hate any institutions they can’t turn a profit off of.
