I once found a shopping list which, among other strange items, had ‘slime with a lid so the dogs can’t eat it’ as one of the items. My missus and I found this hilarious and since then I’ve started writing equally weird items on my shopping lists incase some one finds them when I’m done with them
“Lunches”
When you have enough mental capacity to think ahead to needing food, but not enough to think ahead to what you will eat.
I often have “dinner” and “snacks” on ly list… Hoping that the supermarket shelves will inspire me
What on earth is the top item (500g)?
I hate the fact the s and g are so similar.
The list my wife makes is as much use as finding someone else’s. She writes in a way that only she will understand when she is in the supermarket. Despite rarely going to the supermarket herself.
I’m not having a moan about the Mrs. I actually enjoy the big shop and find her cryptic clues funny.
I always leave my used list in the trolley, just incase the person to use it after me forgets their list
