  1. Built by the New York Life Insurance Company, served primarily as an office building. Opened it’s doors in 1894.

  2. Stunning country hard deciding between who’s architecture is nicer Czech Republic or Hungary.

  3. These pictures are like postcards.
“Look how great that cafe looks in Hungary!”
What about the rest of the country?
In Hungary the average salary doesn’t really make it possible to visit places like this.

There are probably similar countries in the EU with similar circumstances.

“Look this is the breakfast in XY country!”

No, the breakfast is coffee from the vending machine, some cheap baked goods and cigarettes.

The old-age pension is 28.500HUF which is around 73EUR – that is for a month.
While the prices are similar to western countries.

  4. Macron looking at this: *What a bland sight with zero culture*

    Beautiful place

  5. Very nice. It’s too bad they r mostly a bunch of fascist assholes.

  6. The New York Cafe. Nice design but absolutely shocking prices.

  7. I always wonder, why do they make these tables to be so small and so miserably uncomfortable , while the location is so fancy? I think having a big table with a lot of space between other tables is very important to feel comfortable

  8. New York Cafe, visited it about one week ago. Breathtaking interior and musicians playing classical pieces added to the atmosphere but like some said the prices are insane lol
