They don’t seem to be aware of the centre alignment option either. With the “no entry” line it really looks like they’ve used spaces and/or tabs to try and centralise it!
My OCD or ADHD or whatever would have told me to rip that down lol
They can’t use Word and you can’t spell. What a world we live in.
