Has all votes been counted here?
It seems low to me that for a country with approx. 40 million residents around 20 % of the voting age population will vote and I would not consider it huge turnout even if it is a sizeable improvement from last year.

Is that good or bad for the opposition?
The increase being the lowest in Podkarpackie – the most conservative region of Poland and a PiS stronghold – is giving me hope lol. It’s going to be a nail biter for sure.
Or maybe there was a bad wheather four years ago at the morning? We have to wait until 21.00…
