and I was quite surprised to see when I opened the packet that it had a little plastic pot with SOIL inside where the greens were still planted.

usually I just wash greens with water and eat them, but this one, is it safe to do just that or is a more detailed washing procedure necessary?

and which salad greens product do you purchase?

  1. I usually rinse them, sometimes I don’t. It’s not like it’s going to kill me if I don’t.

  2. Oh my god, SOIL! Why can’t they, like, grow salad in the air or something?

  3. Basically all Järvikyläs products are sold in pots with soil in it. Rinse it or not, safe to eat either way 😊

  4. Just eat the salad, not the dirt in the pot, then all is ok
