An inspiring story about a man and his best friend comes from Croatia. The injured mountaineer, who slipped on the highest peak of Velebit and seriously injured his leg, also survived thanks to his faithful dog, who faithfully warmed his body for 13 hours, until rescuers found him.

Nice heartwarming story. Too bad that it’s degraded to plain karma farming. I mean, where is the link to the story, what is his name? Does he have a *free* beef steak for dinner till the end of his furry days?
Dogs are what gave us the inspiration for the concept of angels, methinks
I do hope they both made a full recovery and that the awesome woofer was not traumatised if they were separated during the hoomans hospital stay!
Yeah, the dog would much rather have frozen on its own, but because it was “faithful” it selflessly snuggled up to its owner in the snow, to warm _him_. No link to a report or anything, just a photo and an inane headline – flair “news”.
