Portugal and UK agree on mutual recognition and exchange of driving licences

  5. We give mutual recognition to Brazilians who probably bought their drivers license for 50€ so mutual recognition to UK seems logical.

  6. Does that mean traffic tickets are also shared? A british going over the limit in Portugal will receive it in UK?
