Braved the cold weather today and went into the town centre as a friend tipped me off that they’d spotted some old cases outside the small Bohemia shop that’s located down a side street. When I got there, to my absolute delight, they had exactly what I’ve always wanted! I paid £14 and felt good as hell walking home with it.
The suitcase is perfect – some scuffs and wear on the inside; I opened it to find that the original owner had even written their name on the lining. But it’s what I want! I didn’t want a pristine one – I wanted one that had some love! 😀
I know lots of people in my town (and other towns) complain that the existence of local highstreets is dying out, so it’s always nice to find something like this from a small niche town shop 🙂
