I recently moved into a sublet (Untervermietung) studio with the bathroom window open to the neighbours. It’s a temporary situation, so naturally, I cover it with a sheet like in the pic rather than get blinders or curtains installed. Today I came home to find this message outside my house. Are my neighbors being passive aggressive about having to see the sheet of paper (or not getting to see me showering)? How am I supposed to respond?
