The stones stuck in the ground are markers for property delimitations. I don’t know about the castle-like structure.
Looking at the street view of the road next to the pin, there’s a sign for a property called Quinta Velha and it has that castle like wall along the side of the road.
I couldn’t find much on it because there’s a hotel on the other side of the road that takes up all of the search results but it’s interesting.
