This might be a little specific, but I really like a [Makia jacket](https://makia.com/product/w31014_999-vieno-coat-black/) and would like to know if the brand is any good / if people have good or bad experiences with it. Like is it going to survive Helsinki weather? Even the 5 days of -15C? I don’t plan to go on hikes with it, just want to be warm during winter, and hope that the jacket will last for at least a few years.
I know that other brands (Halti, Patagonia or Fjällräven) would probably be better, but it is not really my style (looks too outdoorsy), and I already have a ski jacket like that.

You could also test out alpha industries, theyre really good and last for long time. Also cheaper than makia or any other brand you mentioned. They have female versions too for parkas.
