VdL may well offer her full support to Israel without mentioning the impossibility of 1M people ordered by Israel to move, she certainly does not speak for the EU as a whole. Borrell is correct that Israel has the right to defend itself but that it is also bound by international law. This should rectify the picture created whereby the EU is being lumped together with the US and the UK in giving carte blanche to Israel.
