I go to a language exchange cafe in Tokyo from time to time to practice French. There are days when one or two people show up, sometimes no one shows up (same for Italian, Spanish, etc.)
The Korean table is always packed with young Japanese people. Thus, now I’m learning Korean in Japan 🥸
what about the vice versa ??
