If Jordan wins, Matt Gaetz will have put himself in a strong position. He instigated the vote to remove McCarthy and he supports Jordan (Scalisi was his other choice). The next Speaker of the House will likely be the extremist that the majority of the Republican party wants.
Since the Speaker doesn’t have to be a member of the House, they should run Mike Lindell who will soon be broke after the lawsuits bankrupt MyPillow, or Chachi from _Happy Days._
I wish I was more up to date on Jordan’s run. Is it the general consensus that he won’t be able to get enough votes?
