  1. From the newest poll, they got over 40% of votes, and it’s on the rise, so oh well, guess not much is going to change!

  2. Why is the Tusk’s party considered pro-Ukrainian , Tusk is a big supporter of Putin and for building good relations with Russia

  3. According to the late poll, PiS has the highest result with 198 mandates, and there are 231 mandates needed to form a majority government. On the other hand, the democratic opposition (KO+TD+Left) has got 161+57+30=248 mandates, giving them a safe margin to win.

However, in Polish law, it is the PiS-supporting president who designates the prime minister in the first place. It is very likely that the president will designate Morawiecki (PiS) to be the prime minister, and unless someone on the opposition bloc changes team, he is going to fail the “vote of confidence” miserably. Then, the parliament gets to designate the next candidate for prime minister.

Upcoming weeks are going to be a big political shitshow, but in the end opposition should be able to form their government.

  4. PiS needs it to clean things up and destroy many documents 😎
So they will try to form a government for month cleaning everything in background and then they will give up.

  5. I too announce my readiness to be CEO of NVIDIA.

Record turnout, urban votes still to be counted, if PiS gets their exit poll result of around 37% at this point they should be happy. Not sure whom they would form a government with given that Konfa utterly underperformed.
