My mother found t-shirt like this somewhere, and there is text “Du bimst 1 Lauch.”, according to google translator Lauch is leek, bimst is not a word so it probably refers to bist, so the translation would be you are 1 leek, but what does that mean? Is it some kind of reference?

  1. “Du bimst 1” is just an edgy version of “Du bist ein” (“You are a”). Writing this way was considered funny and novel a few years ago. It has since gone completely out of fashion.

“Lauch” is a derogatory term for someone skinny, mostly used when referring to unmuscular men. It’s also used as a general insult.
