The SP4U Mobile Clinic is a project that joins [sp4ukraine.org](https://sp4ukraine.org), [telehelpukraine.com](https://telehelpukraine.com) and [augustaeannia.com](https://augustaeannia.com). Augustae and SP4U volunteers visit locations near the front line to healthcare to civilians who cannot leave. Most of the patients are older people and have chronic health issues. Volunteers use a Starlink and tablets to allow patients to have appointments with volunteer doctors through TeleHelp. The Ukrainian healthcare system in these areas needs to focus on soldiers’ needs but civilians still need treatment for cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. The clinic is led by Seema, a Ukrainian woman who was a medical student in Canada but returned home to help her country.
These photos are from a recent distribution of prescription meds, vitamins, and fleece blankets. Most people are unable to secure a healthy diet in these areas so vitamins are essential. Winter is coming quickly and people also need ways to stay warm.
Want to help keep the clinic going? You can donate directly to it at [sp4ukraine.org](https://sp4ukraine.org) on the Paypal dropdown menu. Donations go to purchase of medication or other supplies and operating costs such as fuel or vehicle repair. No one receives a salary; this is all done by volunteers.
As you can see the blankets were provided by the Northumbria NHS. If you are in the medical industry and think you have supplies you would like to donate, please get in touch with Seema at [seema@sp4ukraine.org](mailto:seema@sp4ukraine.org). We can’t guarantee we can accept any offer as depending on what it is or where it is coming from that may not be possible, but just let us know what you have!
