Use the Elon musk approach. Put him in jail for 24 hours. Then release him, but inform him the next time it will be 48 hours, then 96, etc. Sooner or later the judge will get his attention.

Keep mulling. Motherfucker would hit me with a bench warrant for being late to court due to an accident, but this loose cannon is still having his behavior mulled.
