We were having protests for 40 weeks straight here in Israel to bring down our fascist bunch of crooks ‘leading’ the country. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure Putin’s besty Bibi will be thrown into the trash can of history and stand with the right side.

I thought that this is some insider leak about Zelensky being told by his advisors that it’s not the right time for him to visit Israel, as in that it would be damaging to the Ukrainian cause to link it with what Israel is doing right now. I was not prepared for this being about Israel scoffing at Ukraine.
What the fuck are they playing at? I mean, I can come up with answers to this question, but they’re all so skewed towards short-term partisan political gain over national interest that Israel would not have survived to this day if it operated like that.
Whereas the Ukraine didn’t go on a murderous rampage in Russia, surely Zelensky should identify more with the victims of genocide as the Israelis use this act of violence against them as a means of an operation effectively wiping out Gaza and it’s likely annexation?
