This isn’t too surprising, Rolls Royce had spread itself too thin over too many projects over the years, and they missed the growth of the midsize and smaller jet engine market. They’ve refocused back to the civilian aviation market and “engines/turbines” more broadly, and that is bound to leave a lot of unnecessary administrative roles.
