I know of only one Brazilian guy In Latvia and he has become very famous and successful here. Started by making videos of learning Latvian and people liked that and started supporting him.
Are they really living in those countries? e.g. in Italy there’s a stupid law that allows Brazilian and other south Americans to become Italian citizens if they have any distant relative remotely Italian (no generation limit). There are tens of thousands of Brazilians with Italian citizenship who never set foot in Italy (nor plan to, it’s only for the passport) – but somehow they have the right to vote here lol
Why so many in the U.K.?
come ***from*** Brazil
I’d like to see this represented as percentage of population. That 70k in the Republic of Ireland is out of 5.5m and I think it might be an underestimate
Is this the people or the haircut?
See, why can’t we welcome more immigrants from Brazil to fill labour shortages in stead of religious invaders? Brazil has 200 million people, that’s plenty.
IIRC, lots of Brazillians are also of Italian descents?
You think all the ones in Belarus know each other?
Interesting to see so much Brazilian sin Spain, mostly Brazilians I know have a really poor image of Spain
25 in Belarus, you can easily list their names here
The Brazilians are rivalling the Polish as being the sounded bunch of lads to come to Ireland.
And the food! So many great Brazilian restaurants here now – BAH33º I’m looking at you.
> 1.360 M (30,8%)
So comma is the decimal separator in use here which means total population over one billion? And what does the percentage even mean? Reddit maps are always so confusing (and the parts that aren’t confusing are usually wrong).
Didn’t know that there were so many Brazilians in Europe , I never saw one in Germany
I wonder how many of the 434 in Romania are football players
Shoutout to Italy and all the Brazilians there a few months to satisfy the criteria to get an Italian passport 🙂
I like the coloring from blue to yellow, it makes it seem like the map is about a severe Brazilian shortage in Eastern Europe.
Yep Ireland has the highest amount compared to its total population, there everywhere here and nobody is complaining
So there are more brazilians in more populated countries? Interesting….
No, seriously, per capita woudl probaly paitn a better picture.

source: as stated on map i.e. Brazilian MFA
There’s more recent data, but I just didn’t find the map aesthetic enough:

Europe is from page 16.
