You know what? After all the talk about this book…and watching her strip her “husband” of his dignity. It makes a bit more sense why he slapped Chris Rock. In some sad and desperate way maybe he was trying to prove his manhood to her…by being her knight and defending her. Not because he is chivalrous but because he was trying to earn
his balls back.
I like to think this is just a giant con and Will and Jada are in on this together. Any other interpretation is frustrating and depressing – on the other hand, my version is funny and romantic. Choose your adventure, ya know?
