Full opening of the energy market

Anybody has idea what happened to this? we voted for a full liberalisation in what 2009? yet its no where to be applied as of today., I know company above 100k kwh can freely buy the energy/electricity where they want but what the population has voted is a full opening not only for big company.

the last discussion I saw was in 2019 and sommaruga keep stalling this liberalisation how is that nobody is held accountable?

to me if the parliament or the federal council fail to apply the will of the people within a limit time window they should forced out of the office I’m sick and tired of corrupted politician that get lobbied to stall stuff cause it profit them.

Its so blatant that the energy market in Swiss is broken that even RSI talk about it, Like why should I buy the electricity from the local provider which is inefficient and make me pay lest say 40.ct/Kwh where 20 km away there one who can do it for 10ct/kwh

Those inefficient provider should be driven out of the market as they just sucking out money from the population.
