Hello!

I wanted to ask if anybody had this issue before and how did you solve it.

I do have problems with accessing internet, only me in the whole building. It’s asking me to login, the browser is opening at [https://kabelmodemaktiviren.vodafone.de/redirect](https://kabelmodemaktiviren.vodafone.de/redirect?fbclid=IwAR2pzTrmF6iRs8LfYzIGjlla2FSh49lYxZcyr7-IX06u0aCYwj5rLUAiwAo) but page is not loading.

Vodafone support speaks only german and my german *ist nicht so gut.*

I’ve paid each invoice, rebooted the router, reset to default settings. Nothing work.

Does anyone had this problem and could help me find a solution?

  1. The solution is to call them and let them fix the problem.

  2. Why is that a Facebook link? (it’s aktivieren BTW, but doesn’t matter because that link only works with a non-activated router) which is explained here:

    As the page is not displayed for you, this could mean that the router is already activated.

    As you have done a reset: “You will need the SIP data if you reset your cable router to the factory settings and need to set it up again. Have you forgotten your SIP password? Then generate a new SIP password via MeinVodafone .”
