Macron condemns Hamas hostage video of Franco-Israeli Mia Shem, 21 — Her mother saw the video and is urging world leaders to free her

  1. Agence France-Presse reports Macron as saying, “It is an ignominy to take innocent people hostage and put them on show in this odious way.”^1

  2. Cut off the funding to the PA and Hamas. All they do is use the money the EU gives them to line their own pockets and fund terrorism. The PA is taking millions of Westren funding and putting it in a pay to slay program. Hamas uses EU funding and aid to launch terror attacks and build rockets. Or at the very least try and pretend like you are trying to do something about it imstead of shoving fingers in your ears and yelling lalalala.

  5. A report came out saying Hamas is ready to release all foreigners without any conditions. Let’s see if they mean it because I’m sure this mom would like to have her daughter back.

  8. A lot of people attacking Macron but honestly what can he do? If Israel starts the ground invasion these hostages are going to be killed either by Hamas or by Israeli fire, so he should try to stop Israel but at the same time he can’t, even indirectly, take the side of Hamas, and let’s be honest Israel is not going to stop because France asked. I understand the frustration, it feels like no one is doing anything but it’s a delicate situation there’s no easy fix

  9. Maybe Macron should ask Israel to stop indiscriminately bombing Gaza if he cares about the hostages there
