Her party got 4% of votes aprox, the coalition she is in, 12%. Shows how weak Pedro Sanchez is he cannot keep his own ministers in check or they will topple the government.
That politician falsely accused Israel of committing genocide, so it’s understandable why Israel is pissed. A lot of so-called “leftist” or “socialist” politicians have taken their masks off during this conflict. Many of them revealed to the world that they are actually on the far right because they support the far right Hamas organization. If you support the far right, you ARE on the far right. Don’t believe any politicians when they claim to be in a certain spot in the political spectrum. Watch what they do and then place them on the political spectrum based on their actions.

I don’t think Reddit really understands what’s going on yet. Yes, everyone condemns terrorism. Take a look around. Israel is not being supported the way Ukraine was. The protests are real, whether you agree with them or not. And they are massive. The public does not agree with the talking points. There is no consensus internationally for unilateral action and that’s why Blinken is stalling.
Calling out Israel for war crimes does not make you an anti semite, nor does it means you support hamas’ actions.
