If this investigation pans out like I expect it will i.e. strong circumstantial evidence pointing to Russia but no smoking gun, strong words of condemnation and tightening some sanction won’t do. We need to fix up some WW2 mines and push them in the path of Russian ships with underwater drones and keep doing it until there are no more Russian ships anywhere near our infrastructure.
I’m so God damn tired of the West constantly being on the back foot in the hybrid warfare.
