>U.S. officials still require Ukraine to refrain from using American weapons to strike inside Russia, but there are no restrictions on using the equipment to hit targets within Ukraine and the occupied Crimean peninsula. Kyiv has also agreed to keep track of where its forces are firing cluster bombs, to help with cleanup later.
Edit: Nevermind, confused it with Bryansk but it is Berdyansk
Okay, this is a fairly interesting article. But, (lol), the headline coul dhave been rewritten as :

Secretly? Hmm.. more like ditheringly
So…the idea was to provide UKR with long range missiles that they had been asking for over a year?! 😂
Personally, I think he released them when he needed a domestic boost politically
Should have been sent last November when Ukraine freed kherson.
Well, if the US only sent 30 so far and 18 have been used. It isn’t going to shape the battlefield nearly as much as hundreds would. Hopefully, this is a trial run, and after successful strikes, more will be shipped.
(No idea the actual number sent is, but I doubt it’s in the hundreds.)
