1. Doubt it.
   Himars can fire only 1 at a time while MLRS can fire 2 at a time!
   But we saw 3 missiles!
   ATACMS fumes are much larger.

   Also do not think launching 3 at a time is cost wise!
   They are very expensive and rare!

   Not an expert, just an opinion!
