  6. this looks to me like another case of the impact of cluster munitions being overblown — i see just one bomblet dropping on the periphery of the group of troops by the APC who are already down, which seems unlikely to have ‘destroyed’ them all. something apparently got them before this, and maybe it was a more direct hit by a cluster munition, but whatever happened is not entirely obvious from just this video.
