Is there some significance to his foot being only on the red part?
Rumour has it that Ramzan Kadyrov himself is standing under that flag! It seems that he heard there was a free crack smoking party on offer and got caught up in the cross fire.

Are there different Chechen flags like there are different (government vs opposition) flags for Belarus and Russia? Because i am curious how democratic Chechens would see this picture.
