I’m British. We used to have an Empire too but only the dumbest and most awful amongst us want to get those days back or think we still have claim to those nations. If a Brit Prime Minister wanted to reconquer the colonies they’d be laughed out of parliament and swiftly replaced when they realised they’re serious.
Putin is so mental to think that their old evil empire is somehow due to return to them because of fate or the glory of Russia or something stupid like that.
Things change dickhead, democracy is very flawed but it’s a hell of a lot better than the alternatives.
