I think it’s from a russian source (Rybar, maybe?). It says Ukranian troops managed to “fix themselves” in the area thanks to marine infantry.

  1. Normally Ryber is a load of Russian propaganda bullshit but it’s odd they would be posting about this. Anyone else have another source?

  2. They say Rybar always announces Ukraine success, to turn it later on a successful Russian counteroffensive, and show Russia victorious.

He is clearly a propaganda parrot. He made this type of post numerous times, usually what happens is Ukraine raids to wreak havoc on Russian forces. He claims Ukraine has success for a short amount of time but the heroic Russian forces reclaimed the conquered territory.

  3. BTW… what happened to the Ukrainian push towards Oleshky earlier this year ? Are they still dug in around the bridge or did they retreat ?

  4. This is 10th time i heard abouth ukr bridgehead on left bank of Dnipro.
    No sarcasm.

  5. cant wait the winter, everything will be frozen and dnipro river will be able to cross prety much everywhere

  6. I am sceptical .. let’s not jump to conclusions and just wait a bit.

  7. What’s to stop them getting cut off on a push like that?

  8. New/widened? Guess we’re expanding our horizons in more ways than one! 💡🌐

  9. Rybar is dogshit for reliable movement. They make things up out of whole cloth for propaganda purposes.

  10. Hmmm, this seems suspicious. Why on Earth would you broadcast to the world where you have a large build up of troops?

  11. Doing a river crossing makes no sense for Ukraine. They might do some raids but a total attack over a river would need supply lines that just aren’t possible over such a large body of water. Any bridges or boats would be destroyed by artillery.

This is the same reason why Russia had to pull out from the north side of the river when Ukraine pushed the front line to artillery distance. They were sitting ducks.

  12. Unconfirmed and no sure sauce: this post is less credible than NCD.

  13. Crybar reports about defeat of that landing party, so as many have predicted – fabricated story.

  14. This is a map of a russian milblogger, rybar. Crybar is known to posted “successes” of the Ukrainians (which in reality never happened) and the day after he claims that the heroic rf army conquered heroically and patriotically everything.

Why trust a russian propagandist is out of my immagination.
